My name is Tateyana Rucker a special education teacher, autism mom, and founder of Spectrum of Light Childcare Center.

I didn't build this from a boardroom. I built it from a parking lot.

I've lived the sleepless nights, the phone calls saying your child is "too much," and the impossible choice between work and finding care that actually fits your child. So I went back to school, became a special education teacher, and learned the system.

Spectrum of Light is my answer to every family still waiting for a place that truly gets their child.
